Simple, up-front prices on driveway-safe, rubber-wheeled dumpsters. Delivery and pickup included within 20 miles of Belleville. Beyond 20 miles: $5 per extra mile.

- Every rental includes 2 tons of disposal (shingle loads include up to 5.5 tons).

Booking & Payment Policy
- Pay in full by card when you book.
- Any overweight or extra-day charges go on the same card after pickup.
- Contractors: ask us about account billing.
- Cancellations: full refund if you cancel 24+ hours before delivery; $50 fee after that.
- No scrap metal or vehicles. Junk Authority is a private company and is not affiliated with any city or township.
Damage & Misuse Policy
Any charges below go on your booking card after pickup. We send photos and an itemized receipt first.
- Damage beyond normal wear (fire or burning, bent walls, gate or hitch, tire or wheel damage, graffiti or paint): actual repair cost, $95/hr labor (1-hr minimum), plus $50/day while the trailer is out of service.
- Only Junk Authority may hitch, tow, move or unhook the trailer. The renter pays for damage caused by unauthorized moving.
- Overfill: load level with the top of the walls. $75 if we have to level it at pickup; $100 trip fee if we have to come back.
- Blocked access or dry run: $100.
- Special items: mattress/box spring $40, car tire $15, truck tire $25, Freon appliance $30, TV/monitor $30.
- Prohibited items (hazardous waste, paint, liquids, batteries, propane, fuel): $75 plus disposal costs.
- Cleaning: $50–150 for wet, oily, painted or stuck-on material.
